Digital goods — all sales final once accessed
Because our product is a personalized digital plan delivered instantly, refunds are not available once access has been granted or materials have been viewed/downloaded.
We will refund if:
- You were charged twice for the same purchase (duplicate payment), or
- A technical issue on our side prevents access and we can't fix it within 48 hours of your support request.
How to request
Email support@hustlemap.net within 14 days of purchase. Include: order email, payment date, last 4 digits of the card, and a brief description. We respond within 2 business days.
Chargebacks
Please contact us first—we'll help quickly. Unauthorized or fraudulent transactions will be investigated and contested where appropriate.
